Our team is made up of a variety of people - ranging in ages, professions, and walks of faith. We take pride in involving all kinds of people who can meet a variety of needs in our community.

NHTGL was founded in 2019 by Constance McElrath. Her first priority was to be able to help local students attend college. In the past years, the nonprofit has developed into a multi-purpose community give-back program. 

Our mission is to love and serve our neighbors by meeting educational, physical, and spiritual needs. We concentrate on our local town of Carbon Hill, AL and the surrounding county.
